Undergraduate students may make schedule changes for full session classes online via MyNIU during the first week of a fall or spring semester (first 3 days of a summer session). Approval by the undergraduate major college office is required to drop a class during the second week of a fall or spring semester (after the third day of a summer session).
Graduate students may make schedule changes for full session classes online via MyNIU during the first two weeks of a fall or spring semester (first week of a summer session).
Law students may add and drop classes through the first week of classes via MyNIU. During the second week of classes, student will only be able to drop classes via MyNIU.
Note: The add/drop and withdrawal deadlines for classes of shorter length will be pro-rated based on the number of class meetings and the length of the class.
Undergraduate students are eligible for nine semesters of truth in tuition. Undergraduate students who are beginning their tenth semester should consult this special note for additional tuition information.
